International Standard on Assurance Engagements 3402 (ISAE 3402)  is an international assurance standard that prescribes Service Organization Control (SOC) reports, which gives assurance to an organisation's customers and service users that the service organisation has adequate internal controls. It supersedes SAS 70 and puts more emphasis on procedures for the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of controls. 

Azets holds an ISAE 3402 certification in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, ensuring a compliant service delivery to our Customers that are subject to such compliance.

The measures are in place to protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the confidentiality and integrity of Payroll data. This also includes protection against any actual unauthorized access, processing, loss, use or disclosure of such data.

Like bread and butter, it is a fundamental practice for us at Azets to ensure a GDPR compliant service and system delivery to our customers. Our Quality Officers ensure that our payroll processes at all times comply with GDPR requirements.

We continuously monitor any changes in local legislation in the nordic countries and communicate this to our customers and advise on necessary actions where applicable.

Azets IT environments have gone through numerous Audits, by ourselves and our customers and are continuously monitored and ensured to hold both ours and our customers information safe. Through penetration testing, continuity planning and much more, we are on top of IT security. Azets Information Security Governance is based on globally recognized frameworks for IT-Governance. This ensures that the security strategy is aligned with business objectives and ensures that risks are adequately mitigated. Governance is done on a Group level and the main responsibility for Information Security Governance lies with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
