Andersen Partners Property Management – part of Azets since April 2019
Azets has acquired Andersen Partners Property Management’s activities within the business of property management for private and business clients. The business has 4 employees.
eDocs UK - part of CogiDocs since January 2019
Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, CogiDocs, Azets has acquired UK company e-Docs – a preferred partner for clients looking to manage digital documentation and improve processes. e-Docs has 35 employees.
Norian's payroll business in Finland – part of Azets since January 2019
Azets has acquired Norian’s payroll business in Finland with 39 employees, complementing our existing service offering in Finland. Both Azets and Norian are focusing on delivering high quality and automated services utilizing modern technology and RPA solutions.
EPOS HR and payroll systems - part of Azets since August 2018
Azets has acquired the EPOS HR and payroll application portfolio from Visma. The products are used as a part of Azets HR and payroll outsourcing services. However, Azets also distribute the products directly to the market. 13 developers work with the maintenance and development of the EPOS applications.
Additiv konsulter i ekonomi AB ("Additiv") (SE) - part of Azets since March 2018
Additiv is a small Stockholm based accounting office with six employees. The company specializes in web-based accounting towards small and medium-sized companies.
Devo IT AB (SE) - part of Azets since March 2018
Devo IT AB is a premier provider of document scanning and digitization services. The company is headquartered in Uppsala and has 35 employees.
Byrået i Son (NO) - part of Azets since January 2018
Byrået i Son is a mature office with extensive experience and solid competence in accounting and tax. The company’s 13 employees serve approximately 300 customers. They are specialized in helping foreign companies that are engaged in business in Norway.
D.E. Prego Oy (FI) - part of Azets since January 2018
Azets expands its range of HR services by acquiring leadership and business development experts D.E. Prego Oy. D.E. Prego has long experience in increasing performance and operating culture within organizations by providing customized training and consultancy projects.
DB1 Økonomiconsult AS (NO) - part of Azets since October 2017
Db1 is located at Vettre, Asker, west of Oslo. The accounting firm was established in 2002. Today, Db1 has 9 dedicated employees and 150 customers.
Asker and Baerum is a large and important market for Azets. Db1 will add local competence and make sure that we can deliver a complete accounting, payroll and advisory services in the area.

Borgestad Business Partner (NO) - part of Azets since August 2017
To reinforce its presence in the Grenland district (Norway), Azets has acquired Borgestad Business Partner AS (BBP), a leading provider of accounting and payroll services in the area. Kragerø Regnskapssenter AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BBP, is included in the deal. Combined the companies has some 20 dedicated employees and a well diversified customer portfolio.

Kielberg Ejendomsadministration (DK) - part of Azets since April 2017
Kielberg Ejendomsadministration offers administration of properties in the area of Odense. The company solves assignments concerning both commercial and private housing, as well as administering owner associations, cooperative housing associations and landowners associations. After the acquisition the company has changed name to Azets Ejendomsadministration and the 7 employees have moved to Azets´ office in Odense.
Allianse (NO) - part of Azets since February 2017
Allianse Regnskap has 40 dedicated accounting consultants at the office in Sandnes. The service platform enables work sharing, zero duplication and a lot of automation. Allianse has software solutions and working methods that enable good cooperation with the customers. Allianse has customers from many different areas and industries and furthermore they are experts in hotel accounting.
Blue Nordic (DK) - part of Azets since January 2017
Blue Nordic’s is a small Danish BPO business with main focus on small international customers. The company has 5 employees and offers accounting services , payroll services and advisory services. After the acquisition the company has been moved to the Azets´ office in Herlev.
Virvo (FI) - part of Azets since August 2016
Virvo is a business-oriented human resource management company with 40 employees. The company provides HR management to suit the company's situation - in just the way it is needed. Its expertise covers strategy-based development of personnel management and its operational implementation, management and supervisor training, organizational culture surveys, recruitment and personal assessment. The offices are located in Helsinki, Tampere and Oulu, serving our customers in the corporate, organizational and public sectors throughout Finland.
IDUR (SE) - part of Azets since July 2016
IDUR Information AB is the employer's independent party in occupational pensions. The office is in Täby and the basis of the business is pension analysis and pension management. The 17 skilled advisors help employers with the analysis, control and review of company occupational pensions and ensure that the employer complies with current agreements. Idur saves money and time for the employer.
