Data request form

With this form, you may send a request to see, correct or erase your data provided to and protected by Azets.

We collect your contact details to be able to reach out to you for confirming your identity and to be able to deliver the information you requested. We will archive the received requests for 12 months. Only data protection managers at Azets companies will have access to the requests received.

Please note that if you are an employee at one of our customers, but not a contact person, we are not able to handle your request. Please contact your employer directly.
